The COMESA Business Council (CBC) with the support of the EU-Africa RISE, commissioned a study on the policy proposals for development of an anti-illicit trade framework in the COMESA region. The framework provides measures on how to prevent and counteract illicit trade in COMESA region through regional and national coordination and cooperation.
