Mildred Nadah Pita is a Business Executive with a deep insight in business operations, private-public partnerships, relational skills and ability to synthesize consumer insights and business objectives to grow revenues for new and existing products and ventures. Serving currently as the Head Public Affairs Science and Sustainability Africa for Bayer Crop Science Division. Where she develops and drives the company’s public affairs and sustainability agenda for Africa in the Crop Science Division.
Prior to this role, Mildred was Head Global Healthcare Programs/Sustainability for SSA for Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Where she led the public-commercial business division of Bayer’s Family Planning Business. Working together with donor organizations like UNFPA, USAID, World Bank etc. in supporting governments and communities. Mildred understands the how of developing and supporting a company’s Sustainability Business Agenda
With a background in Pre-medicine, a Master’s Degree in Business Management, and a Harvard Business School Certified in Management Essentials, she has travelled around the world especially in many African countries and is familiar with different cultures and people – an asset that is necessary for new and existing markets. She is fluent in English, French and Hausa, speaks other African languages.
She has over 18 years’ experience working in life science corporations in SSA.
