Mr. Muia is the Director of Technical Services. He is responsible for the co-ordination of industry initiatives geared towards enhancing technology and operations for the banking industry. He has been instrumental in implementing projects that resulted in the modernization of the Automated Clearing House (Cheque Truncation) and the National Payments System.
Mr. Muia has a wide range of knowledge in systems development and implementation, having worked in both the insurance and banking industries for more than 20 years.
