Christabel is a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She has extensive experience of over 10 years working in the media and Communication industry and has worked for various national, regional, and international institutions as a Communications Specialist. Her visionary perspective on communication has positioned her as an expert in Public Relations and more importantly in the development of communication and social media strategies.
Christabel has immense passion for strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and Public Relations and has established herself as an innovative and creativity content developer. In her formative career years, she worked as a communications and Research Officer with the Media Institute of Southern Africa where she contributed to increasing its membership base, after which she moved to join the public sector. Christabel has had previous engagements with the World Bank Group, United Nations Development Programme and recently with the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree of Mass Communication. Being a performance-driven Communication Specialist, Christabel is optimistic about using her expertise to develop and execute communication and business strategies that will help CBC to provide strategic communication and effective delivery of business, membership, and communication services to its membership.
