The Manual is designed to facilitate the best results and value from our communications activities, whilst also ensuring that all partners’ communications are consistent and complementary. Comprising branding and visual identity guidelines; an editorial policy; a media policy; a crisis management plan; and a business continuity plan, it informs the style and tone of CBC’s communications around its service pillars of Business Policy and Advocacy, Membership Development and Business Facilitation.
