Graduated in Management studies in 1974 from Aix en Provence University, France. Managing Partner of Filao Group of Companies (600 employees). Filao Group of Companies is engaged, for 43 years, in the manufacturing of luxury leather products (alligator watchstraps and leather boxes and displays) for top brands of the watch and jewelry sector. President from 2008 to 2011 of Union of Indian Ocean Chambers of Commerce and Industries (UCCIOI), which gather the Chambers of Commerce of Madagascar, Reunion island, Comoros, Seychelles, Mauritius and Mayotte. Presently the First Vice President of the UCCIOI. President of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1996, 2005, 2010, and since April 2018. Past Executive Board member of Pan African Chambers of Commerce and Industry; COMESA Business Council and ASCCI (Association of SADC Chambers of Commerce and Industry) President of Mauritius Exports Processing Zone Association (MEPZA) from 1992 to 1994. Chairman of Mauritius Exports Development and Investment Authority (MEDIA) from 1996 to 1999. Elevated in Mauritius to the rank of Commander of Star and Key (CSK) in 1996 for outstanding services to industry. Recognized in 2011 by France to the rank of Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur. Honorary Consul for United Republic of Tanzania in Mauritius since 2010.
Dr Khalid Magboul

Dr. Khalid M.O. Magboul is the Assistant Secretary General of the Sudan Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the Directors of Sudan Union Chambers of Agriculture and Animal Production. Dr. Magboul also sits on the Board of Directors for the Sudan Businessmen and Employers Federation and he is the Vice President of North Eastern Africa Livestock council NEALCO.
Mr. Sachen Gudka

Mr. Sachen Gudka is the Chairman of Kenya Association of Manufacturers. Mr. Gudka is also the Chief Executive Officer and Director of a diverse group of printing companies in Kenya. The group, which includes Skanem Interlabels and The Rodwell Printing Press, exports printed material to over 15 countries in Africa and is an authorized label supplier for UK and European retailers. A graduate of the London School of Economics, he is experienced in working in complex and dynamic corporate structures, energized by his passion to build markets in developing and emerging economies. He brings a wealth of international experience from his past roles as Manager at Price WaterHouse and as Vice President at Global Controllers, Bankers Trust Company both in London, UK. Mr. Gudka is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with a widespread knowledge in audit management, mergers and acquisitions for blue chip companies across Europe and Africa. He is an active member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is a past Chairman of the Oshwal Academy Mombasa and, presently a Trustee of Mabati Trust Kenya.
Mr. Tamuka Mucheka
Mr. Tamuka is the current President of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC), during his service in the Chamber he has held various portfolios which include Vice President for Manicaland Region and also Chairman for Manicaland Branch. He has also been associated with other Business Member organizations such as Hospitality Association of Zimbabwe (HAZ) where he has been Chairman of Industry Affairs, Vice President and then President of the Association. He has also served as a board member of the Zimbabwe council for Tourism during his tenure as the President of HAZ. At a national level he has been involved in UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) General Assembly hosting preparations as the founder member of the UNWTO Resource mobilization Trust. He is currently a board member of the Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kestmer Investments Pvt Ltd, a Hospitality, Leisure and Events Management Company in Zimbabwe. He has been a General Manager of renowned Hotels in Zimbabwe which include The Victoria Falls Hotel, The Rainbow Towers Hotel (Formerly Sheraton), The Crowne Plaza (Monomotapa) Hotel, The Caribbea Bay, The Montclair Hotel and The Golden Peacock Hotel. He has worked for the following Brands: Accor, International Hospitality Group (IHG), Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), Protea (in Malawi at Mount Sotche, Lilongwe Hotel, and Capital Hotel), African Sun and Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG) He is a Holder of a Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management from University of Zimbabwe and a Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering from Bulawayo Polytechnic College. He is a family man with three children.
Eng. Melaku Ezezew
Melaku Ezezew Yenieneh (Eng.) is the President of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) and the Vice President of the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a strong advocate of the private sector development in Ethiopia. He has worked in various positions in the private sector for the past 17 years. Formerly, he serves as President of Amhara Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations; prior to which he was president of Gondar Chamber of commerce and Sectoral Associations. He did his Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from Addis Ababa University and he holds a Masterâ€™s Degree in Business Administration. Currently, he is working in various economic sectors in the country. Some of them are Bete Melaku Real estate, transportation service and other businesses.
Mr. Oliver Bastienne
Oliver is currently a Partner with ACM & Associates. Until August 2017 (when EY stopped operations in Seychelles), he was also the Country Senior Manager of EY Seychelles (formerly known as Ernst and Young Seychelles), the only Big Four Firm to have established itself in the Seychelles since 2011. The firm had a strategical alliance with ACM & Associates. In total, Oliver manages a workforce of 25 employees, providing a myriad of service lines including Taxation, Advisory, Transactional and Assurance. Before coming back home, Oliver was working for EY London for 6 years. Working in the private sector for all these years has enabled Oliver to appreciate that entrepreneurship is critical for innovation, business expansion and employment, particularly for young people. Through volunteering his time, he worked extremely closely with the Department of Youth and the Department of Entrepreneurship to kick start the new generation of individuals who are ready to help their countries meet growth and employment challenges. Oliver is presently the Chairman of the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where he works very closely with local businesses as well as the various Government Ministries and departments and all key players in the various industries. Oliver has been educated in Seychelles, Singapore (from the age of 9 â€“ 18 years) and in the United Kingdom (BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance, Loughborough University). These diverse experiences, cultures and skills captured have enabled him to ensure that his staff gets the right learning, experiences and coaching to accelerate their career development. Alongside the framework adopted by his firm, he ensures that these types of learning and experiences are designed and deployed to integrate their personal growth with the needs of their clients, Seychelles, and the business. Mr. Robert Bafakulera
Mr. Robert Bafakulera is a creative and business manager with proven ability to combine vision, team leader, creativity, business ownership with well-developed management and leadership quality to support and analyze all business-related activities for its success.
With more than thirty years’ experience in private sector issues, Mr. Bafakulera has been an Executive Chairman for several Institutions in Rwanda and beyond. Currently he is the Managing Director of Acacia Property Developers Ltd, Rwanda.
Mr. Bafakulera holds a B. Com (Hons) form the Makerere University. He is a golf player and a happily married man.
Mr. Prince Kapondamgaga
Mr. Prince Kapondamgaga is the President of the Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI) and also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Farmers Union of Malawi (FUM), an apex body for farmers in Malawi. As President of MCCCI, Prince heads the Council which is the governance structure responsible for strategic leadership of MCCCI. Prince has 15 years of experience in strategic leadership and agribusiness development. By virtue of currently being President of MCCCI and CEO of FUM, Prince sits in a number of Boards and Programme Steering Committees in Malawi such as Export Development Fund (Board Member); CIC-Africa Co-operatives Insurance Limited (Board Member) Malawi Lake Basin Program Board (Chairman); Malawi Bureau of Standards Certification Committee (Member); G7 Alliance on Food Security and Nutrition High Level Task Force (Member); Public Private Dialogue Forum (Member) and a member of the Agricultural Sector Wide Approach Sector and Trade Sector Wide Approach Sector Working Group under the Comprehensive African Agricultural Development Program. Prince Kapondamgaga is a holder of a BSc in Agriculture and an MSc in Crop Science obtained at the University of Malawi, Bunda College of Agriculture.

Dr. Asfour is a renowned businesswoman, the owner of multimillion dollar medical supplies company in Egypt.
